Terms and conditions

All rates are quoted subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and may be subject to a minimum nights stay. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information. The Newgrange Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information. Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, the Newgrange Hotel has a strict policy of 48 hours notice. In the event of the Newgrange Hotel not being notified of a cancellation the first night's accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card. Booking deposit is taken at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Booking Fee for advance purchase rates are charged at the time of booking and are non refundable nor amendable. Please phone or fax the Newgrange Hotel direct in order to cancel your reservation. For any special requests please do not hesitate to contact us direct. Bookings of 10 rooms or more are subject to a 25% nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking, following this the remaining balance and rooming list is required 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

Photographic ID is required upon arrival.

€250 security deposit is required per room for payments made without a credit card.

Payments made with a valid credit card are subject to a valid pre-auth upon check in. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - All regular bookings must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to arrival - in the event of cancellation within this time a cancellation charge of the first nights rate will be incurred Cancellation Policy - Advance Purchase Bookings: Full Prepayment required for entire stay at time of booking, this payment is non refundable or exchangeable. Cancellations recieved for group bookings will result in the loss of deposit paid.

If you decide to make an online reservation at the Site, you will be linked to a reservation interface and a third party booking engine provided by our booking management system vendor Net Affinity. All information sent to this site, if in an SSL session, is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

We would like our Site visitors to feel confident about using the Site to plan and purchase their accommodations, so Hotel is committed to protecting the information we collect. Hotel has implemented a security program to keep information that is stored in our systems protected from unauthorized access. Our Site is hosted in a secure environment. Please be aware that Hotel has not designed this Site for, and does not intend for it to be used by, anyone under age 18. Accordingly, this Site should not be used by anyone under age 18.
